Shipping and shipping insurance charges will be added to every UPS order that doesn't have shipping included in its price description. All free shipments will be so stated in the product description. Please select "shipping included" from the shipping pulldown menu when applicable. Insurance charges are $.35 (cents) per $100 of the merchandise cost, after the first $100. The first $100 is insured free.

Merchandise requiring a long lead ship/order time will be so noted in the product description. Non-refundable payment in full is required before these products are ordered. Import items, even stocked, are non-refundable as reorders happen after sales.

There is no shipping charge within a 15 mile radius of Ann Arbor. Select this option from the shipping pull-down menu when applicable. All Michigan sales will be taxed, however.

Most items are stocked. If you order mechandise not in stock, however, you will be notified immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Advance orders such as these help inventory maintentance and give you priority on incoming merchandise. You will be reminded of the arrival time.

Sorry no non-US credit card sales! Non-US orders must be prepaid by electronic fund transfer.

If an order is to be sent to an address other than your credit card billing address, we require a faxed and signed document providing the billing address and the "ship to" address. This is a credit card company requirement and for your security. Sorry for the incovenience.



Product warranty is covered in each product description. There is no warranty on used or demo merchandise unless specifically stated.



Merchandise under $50 (per item) cannot be returned. There is a 10% restocking fee on merchandise not returned for exchange or store credit. Merchandise cannot be returned after 10 days post receipt. Merchandise that is sized or special ordered can only be returned for warranty concerns. Defective or damaged merchandise will be repaired or replaced. All mercahndise will meet our high quality standard. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. We emphasize customer satisfaction.

Buying from Astute Advance is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop. And when you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by Yahoo!'s secure server. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place your order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the View Cart link on the top and bottom of all pages.
