We are the exclusive importer and distributor of many of our lines. YOU WON'T SEE OUR PRODUCTS IN EVERY OTHER HOUSE ON YOUR BLOCK. Exclusivity allows us substantial input into product pricing, quality, and design, all to the benefit of our customer. As wary shoppers, we do extensive research to ensure that product quality is not sacrificed for appearance. We provide an accurate assessment of each item, new or demoed, so that you can make an informed purchase decision. As a new company doing smart business, we will sweat the details to optimize customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships. In many cases, the lack of confidence in an idea and daily distractions will keep us from attempting or achieving our business dreams. Astute uses a systematic approach to assess the viability of an idea and determine specific business requirements. Three packages will be offered to address your individual needs. The most comprehensive package will provide a "turn key" business operation. Astute Consulting will be an interactive and needs based service.
PRODUCT/ORDERING INFORMATION
Product warranty is covered in each product description. There is no warranty on used or demo merchandise unless specifically stated.
There is a restocking fee of 10% on returned items, pending prior approval. No merchandise returns after 7 days. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced to best accommodate the customer. See "info" for more detail on company policy.
